There's no hard player cap from us it comes down to how much RAM your plan has. Our Starter plan comfortably handles 5 to 10 players, Standard handles 20+, and Advanced is built for larger communities.

Absolutely, you can change your plan any time from your billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Your server and its data stay intact throughout.
Billing is monthly and there are no long-term contracts. Cancel whenever you like from your billing portal and that's it, you won't be charged again.
